Walcott Beach on the Norfolk Coast runs for several miles along the coastal road of the village of Walcott. The water here is tidal so if you are lucky and the tide is out you get to see the full expanse of the beach.
Even during October you will see find the odd people making the most of the sunshine to enjoy the beach.
The Seagulls were certainly enjoying the Autumn sunshine making the most of the sea defences (groins).
While we were sitting on the wall having an ice cream, we noticed a small black blob in the sea, after watching for a short while it reappeared closer to shore and we were thrilled to see a Seal swimming around. This area of coast is very popular for seals, but it was the first one we have ever seen.
