On our travels along the coastal road from Sheringham to Hunstanton on the Norfolk coast, I spotted this windmill in the distance.
It turns out that this windmill is at Burnham Overy Staithe. The windmill was constructed in 1816 and was worked until 1919, The main tower of the mill consists of 6 stories and had 3 pairs of millstones. In 1926 the windmill was converted to holiday accommodation. Renovations works were carried out on the windmill in 1957, 1981, 1983 and 1985,
