I have always loved taking photos and sharing them with anybody that is interested. I am interested in nature and history and like to research the subject of the shots that I come away with. My current camera is an Olympus Stylus 1s.

Where ever you go in Turkey at some point or another you will see a Döner Chef, usually dressed in white, with his trusty knife. The döner is mainly made of lamb, but can be chicken which is slowly roasted on a vertical spit. Traditionally the heat source was gas or coals (where the spit sits horizontally), but you now often see them powered by electricity.
